There are 3 quick ways for you to print your VPBank bank statement:

Method 1: Print VPBank bank account statement from VPBank online

  1. Access VPBank Online on the website or download the VPBank app on your phone
  2. Login to VPBank Online
  3. Access the Utilities item on the menu
  4. Click to view account history
    • Or choose to view transfer history
    • Or view payment history
  5. Select the account where you want to print the statement (the system usually defaults to the payment account)
  6. Select the date you want to print the statement
  7. Click view
  8. Click Export to excel file to your computer so that you can print the entire statement in the above time period or print it from the screenshot on your phone
  9. Or click to check each transaction to see the details and print the statement of each transaction you want

For regular customers: Call 1900545415 → Press 3 for bank account support → Press 3 to continue with other information

For priority customers: Call 1800545415 for free → Press 0 to meet the operator or press 3 for bank account support → Press 3 to continue to receive support about other account information such as print statements.

Method 3: Contact the nearest VPBank branch

If both of the above methods make it difficult for you to print your VPBank bank account statement, you need to bring your CMT/CCCD to the nearest VPBank branch so that the teller can best assist you.

  1. You need to visit the branch during business hours
  2. Get the order number to wait your turn
  3. Give the CMT/CCCD to the teller and ask to print the statement
  4. Provide tellers with account information for statement printing and statement printing date
  5. Wait for the teller to print the statement and get the paper back
  6. Pay the fee for printing statement (usually VND 2,000/statement time)
  7. Get CMT back and end the transaction
